Role Requirements and Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience

• Strong sourcing skills across professional networking and clearance-focused sourcing platforms
• Ability to manage high-volume requisitions under compressed, deadline-driven timelines
• Experience recruiting in a government contracting or cleared environment (preferred)
