EHR Principal Sales Executive, HCLS US Providers

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced EHR Principal Sales Executive, HCLS US Providers, to join our team in the USA. This senior-level sales position focuses on driving revenue growth by helping healthcare provider organizations adopt Epic on AWS. You will act as a trusted advisor to hospital system executives, helping them realize the business value of cloud computing for mission-critical clinical, financial, and operational systems.

Role Responsibilities

• Own and exceed annual revenue targets by driving AWS adoption for Epic EHR workloads across a portfolio of healthcare provider accounts.
• Develop account strategies and lead teams to win strategic, multi-year deals.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, partner teams, and business development units to identify customer accounts.
• Build business cases for migrating Epic environments, including production, integrated real-time environments (IRE), data, and disaster recovery, to AWS.
• Shape go-to-market strategies to accelerate cloud adoption within the healthcare provider segment.

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate possesses a unique balance of healthcare industry expertise and consultative selling skills, with a proven track record of delivering strategic wins at the C-suite level. You must have a strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles in healthcare IT and the ability to connect technology with measurable business value, such as TCO reduction and clinical outcomes.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or business development.
• A Bachelor’s degree.
• Demonstrated past experience selling technology solutions to hospital systems, health system C-suites, and IT leadership.

Compensation and Timeline
