Customer Marketing Manager

About the Role

Dataiku is the platform for AI success, providing the enterprise orchestration layer for building, deploying, and governing AI. We are seeking a senior-level Customer Marketing Manager based in the USA to join our Marketing team. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Customer Marketing and is focused on bringing our customer success stories to life while amplifying the voice of our Global 2000 clients.

Core Responsibilities

You will act as a content creator, customer advocate, and program operator. Your daily work involves developing compelling narratives and ensuring they are activated across marketing, sales, analyst relations, and corporate communications.

• Develop customer marketing content, including written case studies, executive narratives, testimonials, and blog posts.
• Conduct customer interviews and translate complex technical achievements into audience-focused stories.
• Recruit and coordinate customer advocates, supporting their participation in events, webinars, and media opportunities.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and Sales to deploy customer stories across the customer journey.
• Manage project planning, stakeholder communications, legal reviews, and publication workflows.

Requirements and Compensation

To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable working with cross-functional teams to identify and secure approval for customer stories while maintaining brand consistency. We require:

• A Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• The ability to maintain accurate records and manage the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives.

The salary for this position is $100,000.
