Nebius is expanding its cloud infrastructure team and is currently seeking a Senior Customer Engineer to support strategic clients across the USA and Canada. As a platform built by engineers for engineers, Nebius focuses on the full-stack AI cloud economy, from model training to production deployment. In this engineering role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping enterprises design and scale workloads involving hundreds to thousands of GPUs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for resolving complex AI/ML issues.
  • Optimize GPU performance for ML training and inference, ensuring scalability and seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify new opportunities, deliver technical presentations, and promote product updates.
  • Act as a bridge to internal product teams by relaying customer feedback, feature requests, and negotiating solutions to address specific technical challenges.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in roles such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Engineer. You should bring hands-on experience with cloud services and AI/ML workloads, along with the following technical proficiencies:

  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, specifically Terraform and Ansible.

Compensation and Benefits

The base compensation range for this position is $179,500 to $224,300, with actual pay determined by experience, skills, and geographic location. We provide comprehensive benefits, including 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and their families, a 401(k) plan with up to a 4% company match, and 20 weeks of paid parental leave for primary caregivers. Employees also receive a remote work reimbursement of up to $85/month.
