Reformation is seeking a Seasonal Customer Love Associate to join our team. This remote, mid-level role is open to candidates based in Texas who are passionate about our mission to bring sustainable fashion to everyone. We are looking for individuals who can provide exceptional, customer-first service while helping our clients shop for their next favorite item.
In this position, you will act as a stylist, friend, and personal assistant to our customers. Your primary focus will be delivering consistent, high-quality support across email, text, and chat channels. We need someone who can manage shipping, fulfillment, and return procedures efficiently while maintaining a calm, empathetic, and organized approach, even in a fast-changing environment.
You will also be responsible for sharing direct customer and product feedback with our internal Merchandising, Operations, and Product Development teams. Success in this role requires a productive, focused work style capable of meeting specific case volume expectations and deadlines.
This is a part-time seasonal position offering 8–29 hours per week. Candidates must possess flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, specifically throughout June. The anticipated wage for this position is $17.60 - $18.65 per hour, depending on location, experience, and internal equity. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance.
Top-performing Seasonal Customer Love Associates may have the opportunity to extend their contract for future seasons or be considered for permanent roles on our core team, depending on business needs and individual performance.
