Account Executive, Hunter (Central Eastern Europe)

Stripe is seeking a senior-level Account Executive, Hunter (Central Eastern Europe) for a sales role based in Poland or Romania. In this position, you will join the consultative Central Eastern Europe team to help grow Stripe's presence among large and fast-growing regional businesses such as Booksy, Maczfit, and ElevenLabs.

Role Responsibilities and Sales Scope

You will own the entire sales cycle for a named list of high-growth technology accounts, handling everything from outbound prospecting and business case development to commercial negotiations and closing. Your work will involve executing long-term sales strategies, mapping accounts, and building relationships with executive stakeholders while aligning technical and business requirements with internal product teams.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree and meet the specific professional criteria required for consideration:

• 7+ years of sales experience, ideally selling technical products to enterprise customers
• Demonstrated success in executing account plans, leading complex negotiations, and managing full sales cycles
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Superior verbal and written communication skills in English, alongside fluency in either Polish or Romanian
• A strong interest in technology and comfort operating in an ambiguous environment
