Varicent is seeking a Senior Level Application Support / SQL professional for a 12-month maternity-leave contract in Romania within the healthcare field. In this customer-facing Technical Analyst I position, you will investigate and resolve technical issues, review logs, reproduce problems, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and internal support teams to help users maximize the value of Varicent's SaaS and on-premises solutions.

Application Support / SQL Role Details and Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience supporting software applications, SaaS platforms, or customer-facing technical environments.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of relational databases and SQL fundamentals, along with familiarity with client-server architecture and web-based application troubleshooting.
