Binance is seeking early-career talent for the Binance Accelerator Program (BAP), offering an entry-level Growth Marketing internship based in the UAE. This 3-to-6-month program is designed to provide hands-on experience within the digital assets space, along with networking and professional development opportunities. Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the execution of growth and marketing campaigns across MENA markets.
- Assist with campaign setup, coordination, tracking, and reporting.
- Help localize global campaigns and content for MENA audiences.
- Support offline events, university activities, and community initiatives.
- Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify growth opportunities.
- Help monitor campaign performance and organize data into simple insights.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled in university or a recent graduate holding a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience, with past involvement in student clubs, internships, events, content creation, or marketing projects considered a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Strong interest in growth marketing, digital campaigns, and the crypto or fintech industry, alongside a good understanding of MENA markets and local digital culture.
- Organized, proactive, comfortable working with data and spreadsheets, and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
