Brand Design Lead

As our logistics infrastructure scales for major commerce platforms like Walmart, Urban Outfitters, and Shopify, Nash is hiring its first senior-level Brand Design Lead in the UK, USA to build our visual identity from the ground up within our Design team.

In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer and collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO, and cross-functional groups. You will author our brand strategy, visual language, motion systems, and real-world installations from close to zero.

Role Requirements

• Bachelors degree required.
• 6+ years of professional experience.

We are looking for a Brand Design Lead who fundamentally integrates tools like Claude, Cursor, Figma Make, Midjourney, and Runway into their daily practice to prototype rapidly, while ensuring the final execution retains a genuine, hand-crafted human soul.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate brand strategy into a complete, living visual system including typography, photography direction, and motion principles.
• Design and build marketing sites, campaign pages, and landing pages in Figma and Webflow.
• Own the visual layer of the demand engine, producing pitch decks, customer-facing PDFs, and partner materials.
• Create tangible, real-world event booths and installations for trade shows like NRF, Manifest, and Shoptalk.
