Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

CrossFit is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in the USA to lead its global finance and accounting organization at a senior executive level. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the incoming CFO will help shape the next chapter of this recognizable health and fitness brand by driving growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

Executive Leadership Role

As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will direct financial planning, capital allocation, and operational finance. You will partner closely with business leaders to strengthen the affiliate ecosystem, support ongoing innovation, and guide the company through transformation.

Candidate Qualifications

• Significant executive finance leadership experience managing large, complex P&Ls.
• Proven background as a CFO or senior finance executive in high-growth, transformation-focused environments.
• Demonstrated private equity experience with a track record of value creation.
• Deep expertise in strategic decision-making and operational finance.
• A Masters degree, MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced financial credentials are preferred.
• Familiarity with consumer brands or franchise business models, alongside a genuine connection to the CrossFit methodology and community.
