Chief Information Security Officer

Fortive is seeking a senior-level Chief Information Security Officer located in the USA to own enterprise security strategy, risk management, and compliance for the FAL Group of companies, which includes Accruent, Gordian, and ServiceChannel. This senior management role requires 10+ years of experience and reports directly to the Chief Digital and Services Officer at Accruent, with dotted-line accountability to operating company executives and Fortive security leadership.

Security Strategy and Compliance Leadership in the USA

The Chief Information Security Officer is responsible for protecting customer data, enabling enterprise sales through compliance readiness, and managing security operations, threat management, security engineering, GRC, application security, and AI security. This position oversees compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, CMMC, ISO 42001, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and SOX.

• Own and evolve enterprise security strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead incident response, risk presentations, and enterprise prospect security reviews.
• Manage security budgets, tool selection, and managed services.
• Chair the Information Security Council at each operating company.
• Drive audit cycles end-to-end and maintain current risk registers.
