Compensation Consultant - Part-Time (HR Admin) on the West Coast

Veracyte is seeking a senior-level Compensation Consultant to join their HR Admin team on a part-time, remote basis. Candidates must be located on the West Coast, operate within the Pacific Time Zone (PST), and maintain availability during core business hours from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM PST. This is a 6-month engagement averaging 25 hours per week with schedule flexibility as needed.

In this Compensation Consultant role, you will support the assessment, design, and implementation of Veracyte's job architecture and career framework. You will collaborate closely with Total Rewards, HR leadership, HR business partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business stakeholders to resolve design decisions, establish title governance, define job families and career tracks, and map current positions to the enterprise job inventory.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation and job architecture design
• Deep hands-on experience with the Workday Advanced Compensation module and advanced Excel skills
• Strong preference for experience with ADP payroll software and PowerPoint
