Customer Success Executive, Health Plans

Carrot, a leading global fertility and family care platform, is looking for a Customer Success Executive, Health Plans to join its Customer Service team in the USA. This is a senior-level position requiring a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience. The salary range for this role is $108,000 to $130,000.

About the Role

In this Customer Success Executive position, you will act as the primary point of contact for account, product, and clinical stakeholders within Carrot's strategic Health Plans segment. You will serve as a trusted advisor, driving retention and renewal outcomes while promoting member engagement and program utilization across covered populations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of health plan accounts and build multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders.
• Present program value, outcomes, and cost-savings data through payer-ready reporting and executive presentations.
• Partner cross-functional teams, including Sales, Implementation, Business Intelligence, Legal & Compliance, and Member Success.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and help shape customer success playbooks as the channel scales.
