Customer Success Manager

Tenable is currently hiring a Senior Level Customer Success Manager for their customer service team in the USA. In this role, you will manage a book of mid-sized commercial clients, focusing on renewals, revenue expansion, client onboarding, adoption, and overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Renew and expand revenue within an assigned client base to meet quarterly and annual targets.
• Proactively address client challenges, manage forecasts, and advocate for customer needs internally.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers and Sales Engineers to drive expansion and maintain client health.

Requirements and Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years of sales experience focused on renewals or growing existing business, including SaaS or subscription-based solution sales.
• Strong time management, communication, and objection-handling skills, along with working knowledge of Google Suite and Salesforce.com.

The US base pay range for this position is $33.17 to $44.39 USD per hour, with total compensation depending on qualifications, location, and experience, plus variable compensation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
