Customer Support Associate

Squarespace is seeking a senior-level Customer Support Associate for a remote Customer Service position within the USA. Specifically, applicants must reside in Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Oregon, Tennessee, or Utah. This role involves responding to customer live chats and emails, troubleshooting account and billing questions, and meeting quality and productivity targets.

Role Requirements and Schedule

• Open availability for a 40-hour work week spanning weekends and holidays
• 1+ years of customer-facing experience in a role such as retail, hospitality, or online support
• Mandatory virtual training during your first two weeks from September 28th to October 9th
• Dedicated home office setup with a reliable, stable Wi-Fi connection and a distraction-free workspace

Compensation and Benefits

The cash compensation range for this position is $18.50 USD per hour, alongside a $100 per month remote stipend.
