Customer Support Representative Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests via Zendesk and answer pre-sale inquiries after completing extensive training, reporting directly to the Team Leader.
• Educate customers on best practices and resolve inquiries received via web, email, and internal ticketing systems.
• Document case information, resolutions, and feedback to help inform company strategy.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve complex issues and champion customer needs.
• Identify potential user interface issues and elevate unresolvable customer concerns to the Support team leader.
