DevOps Engineer, Blockchain Infra (Fully Remote)

Binance is seeking a senior-level DevOps Engineer, Blockchain Infra (Fully Remote) to join its IT team. This fully remote position is open to candidates based in Europe and the UAE who want to build and operate scalable, secure cloud infrastructure supporting distributed systems and blockchain services.

Core Responsibilities for the Blockchain DevOps Role

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure using Terraform.
• Operate and optimize production Kubernetes clusters, managing autoscaling and capacity planning with Karpenter.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and automation tasks using Golang and Python.
• Deploy and manage middleware platforms including Kafka, Redis, and NGINX while enhancing monitoring, logging, and observability.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with engineering teams on deployment processes.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree and bring at least 3 years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, Platform Engineer, or Infrastructure Engineer. You will need hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), production Kubernetes environments, Terraform, Linux system administration, and networking fundamentals. Proficiency in Golang or Python scripting, Git workflows, and observability tools like Prometheus or OpenTelemetry is required.
