Director, FP&A Finance Jobs in Canada and USA

League is seeking a senior-level Director, FP&A to join our finance team in Canada or the USA. In this player-coach builder role reporting to the AVP, FP&A, you will drive integrated planning and performance management across revenue, expenses, workforce, and delivery capacity. Your central mandate is to make Pigment and governed AI workflows the core operating infrastructure for faster, more reliable decision-making at League, scaling our output without scaling headcount.

Role Responsibilities and Ownership

• Lead rolling forecasting, scenario planning, and the annual operating plan while co-owning the consolidated P&L outlook with the AVP, FP&A.
• Partner with the Chief Delivery Officer and Delivery Operations to build a forward-looking view of delivery supply, demand, and gross margin pressure.
• Own the FP&A functional roadmap for Pigment, building role-based dashboards and AI-powered workflows for leadership self-service.
• Serve as a senior Finance partner across Delivery, Go-to-Market, Product, Engineering, People, and G&A functions.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree and bring 10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance, including leadership experience developing others and scaling a Series D or comparable high-growth company. Enterprise SaaS, platform, or healthcare industry background is also required. The salary for this position is $140,000.
