Director of People Operations

Tekmetric is seeking a senior-level Director of People Operations for an HR Admin role based in the USA. This remote or hybrid position requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of professional experience to lead the operational backbone of the company's People function.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Own and improve systems, workflows, and operating rhythms across the employee lifecycle, utilizing AI and automation to scale multi-state and international processes.
• Lead total rewards, salary benchmarking, leveling, calibration, and compensation strategy in partnership with Finance.
• Manage risk, compliance, and governance across federal, state, local, and international employment requirements.
• Serve as a key member of the People leadership team in a high-ownership environment.
