Director, Sales (Asia)

Ping Identity is seeking a senior-level Director, Sales (Asia) to lead our commercial operations and drive revenue growth across the APAC region, with a specific operational focus on Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and Malaysia. Candidate Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s degree.
• At least 5 years of senior-level experience in sales, driving revenue, pipeline development, and team leadership.

In this critical regional leadership position as Director, Sales (Asia), you will direct a high-performing sales organization and build strategic relationships with enterprise customers, partners, and technology leaders. Your primary mission involves balancing the continued growth of our core Customer Identity, Workforce Identity, and Identity Security businesses with major new opportunities in the emerging Identity for AI market.

As enterprises rapidly adopt AI agents, autonomous systems, and machine identities, you will guide customers through complex identity transformations. You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives on authentication, authorization, and secure access for AI-driven environments. Compensation for this role is market competitive.
