CourseCareers is seeking an experienced Electrician Career Coach for a part-time, flexible role in the USA. This mid-level position in the electrician field is designed for professionals with a primary or matric education who want to mentor career changers breaking into the skilled trades without needing a college degree or prior experience.

Role Overview and Responsibilities for an Electrician Career Coach in the USA

In this position, you will host a live, one-hour seminar-style workshop on a monthly basis to share real-world insights into entry-level electrician roles and apprenticeships, answer student questions, and guide individuals navigating the job search. You will also have the opportunity to provide optional 1:1 coaching to students who request it, allowing you to set your own availability and working hours.

Candidate Requirements and Compensation

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience as an electrician across residential, commercial, or industrial settings
• Strong communication and teaching abilities with a genuine interest in mentoring
• Availability at least three evenings per week, ideally Tuesday through Thursday
• A self-starter mindset capable of leading workshops independently

Compensation includes market competitive pay set at $50 per one-hour workshop, alongside unlimited upside from any 1:1 coaching sessions you secure, with no caps, quotas, or minimum requirements. Please note that this is a flexible, paid opportunity and not a traditional employment role or guaranteed-income position.
