Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for an entry-level professional to join our team in Doha, Qatar, as an Engineer (Key Customer). This role is designed for an early-career engineer who is ready to bridge technical operations with client relations, specifically focusing on the water sector.
In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for our key bulk water customers. Your objective is to ensure that service levels remain high and that all customer satisfaction standards are met. You will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of water meters, which involves managing their installation, ongoing maintenance, and monitoring their performance metrics to ensure accuracy and reliability.
To be considered for this Engineering position, you must hold a Bachelor’s degree. As this is an entry-level role, we are looking for candidates with between 0 and 2 years of relevant experience. You should be comfortable managing professional relationships while simultaneously handling the technical aspects of water infrastructure equipment.
