Operating as a full-time, salaried exempt position based remotely in the United States on a Pacific Time Zone work schedule, this role supports the CFO by combining financial and accounting expertise with data analytics and systems thinking.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong background in financial and accounting knowledge, data analytics, and systems thinking
• Familiarity with financial or ERP systems, reporting and data tools, nonprofit or grant accounting, systems integrations, and process improvement
• Analytical, highly organized, and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently

Compensation and Details

The salary for this Financial Data & Systems Analyst position is $92,000 – $100,000. Responsibilities include leading financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic analysis, building and maintaining dashboards, automating recurring reports, and managing grant and restricted fund tracking as well as integrated systems, APIs, and data workflows.
