Tremendous is seeking a Founding Sales Development Representative (DACH) to join their team as an entry-level sales professional. This is a remote role based in Europe, offering a salary of £45K to £52K. Candidates are required to hold a Bachelor's degree and have between 0 to 2 years of experience. As the first international SDR hire, you will help launch and scale Tremendous’ outbound motion in the DACH market.

The position requires heavy outbound execution, with a strong emphasis on cold calling. You will be expected to make 100 cold calls per day as your primary method of generating meetings, supported by email and LinkedIn outreach. You will partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, Strategy, and RevOps teams to build the sales pipeline, research accounts, and shape messaging for international expansion.
