FP&A Manager Job in the USA
Fandom is seeking a senior-level FP&A Manager to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team in the USA as a senior individual contributor reporting to the Director of FP&A. In this role, you will act as a power administrator for financial planning software, own a Business Unit P&L, and work with a global company that collaborates with partners in the UK and Poland.
Core Responsibilities
- Support company-wide financial planning processes including long-term strategy, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and variance reconciliation.
- Build trusted stakeholder relationships and serve as a primary finance contact.
- Drive accurate business unit and functional financial forecasts.
- Improve visibility and accountability by contributing to FP&A processes, systems, and reporting.
- Support strategic short and long-term decisions through financial modeling and investment analysis.
Qualifications and Background
- BA or BS degree in a quantitative discipline.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance and operational roles.
- Experience building strategic financial models and working cross-functionally.
- Background implementing, administering, or optimizing FP&A planning systems such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or Planful.
- Experience creating C-suite and Board-level reporting materials.
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, plus openness to using AI for workflow efficiencies.
- Bonus points for a CFA or CPA, SQL or BI and analytics tool experience, and online advertising or e-commerce knowledge.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $126,000 to $176,000 USD, with the actual salary varying based on location and market factors.
