Global Payroll Implementation Specialist - PEO in the USA
Remote is seeking a Senior Level Global Payroll Implementation Specialist - PEO to join its accounting team. This remote position offers a salary of $83,200 and requires candidates to hold a Bachelor's degree alongside three or more years of relevant professional experience. As part of an asynchronous global team, you will help build Remote's PEO business and shape client onboarding practices from anywhere in the USA.
Core Responsibilities
- Partner directly with new PEO clients to develop tailored implementation plans covering payroll setup, benefits enrollment, state tax registrations, and HR compliance onboarding.
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process by aligning with clients on key milestones, timelines, and success criteria, while coordinating wage-based reconciliations for accurate parallel payroll runs.
- Guide clients through the Remote PEO platform to ensure proper adoption of co-employment processes and tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Product, and Support teams to guarantee smooth hand-offs and resolve client-specific requirements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all customer and employee information while channeling client feedback internally to improve workflows and platform scalability.
Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer success within a SaaS PEO environment.
- Familiarity with co-employment structures, payroll tax obligations, and benefits administration.
- Demonstrated project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, paired with proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and the ability to work within a MacBook Pro environment.
- Fluent written and spoken English, with comfort working largely asynchronously.
