Interlink HR Consultancy is looking to hire an entry-level HR Specialist to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. This role is focused on core HR administration, specifically supporting the end-to-end recruitment process and the development of organizational structures.

Core Responsibilities

As an HR Specialist with our firm, you will manage the recruitment and placement of employees across various client mandates. A significant portion of your daily work involves defining the structure of the organizations we support. This includes:

• Drafting comprehensive job descriptions and defining specific role requirements.
• Developing salary plans and establishing pay structures for all positions.
• Scouting for talent, processing applications, and conducting recruitment activities.
• Assisting with the training and onboarding of new hires.

Requirements for Applicants

We are seeking candidates who are early in their careers and eager to develop their skills in HR administration. To be considered for this HR Specialist role in Manama, you must hold a Bachelor’s degree. We are looking for individuals with 0 to 2 years of professional experience.
