Fieldguide is seeking a remote-based Implementation Consultant, Advisory for a senior-level customer service role within the USA. Operating as a remote-first company headquartered in San Francisco, Fieldguide builds automation software for assurance and audit practitioners across cybersecurity, privacy, and financial audit.

In this go-to-market position reporting to the Director of Implementation, you will guide new customers through the Fieldguide Accelerator onboarding program to maximize their platform adoption and return on investment. Your responsibilities include building customer trust from sales handoff to value realization, creating growth plans with regular onboarding reviews, cultivating internal product champions, advocating for customer needs across cross-functional teams like Engineering and Product, mitigating success risks, and documenting progress, case studies, and success metrics.

Applicants must meet specific background criteria to be considered for this Implementation Consultant, Advisory role:

• At least 2+ years of experience delivering risk advisory or technology risk engagements (such as SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA, or NIST assessments), AND/OR 3+ years of experience in technology consulting, customer onboarding, or implementation at a top management consulting firm or high-growth startup.
• Strong consulting skills with proven results driving business value as a trusted advisor to complex organizations.
• A mission-first, team-oriented mindset focused on mutual trust and support.
• Project management proficiency, including a demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workloads.
