Junior Graphic Designer (Contract)

Five9 is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer (Contract) to join our Design team in the USA. As a leading provider of cloud contact center software, we foster an inclusive, team-first culture. In this mid-level position, you will play a key role in supporting the Brand and Creative team across a wide range of digital and print deliverables.

Junior Graphic Designer Responsibilities in the USA

You will design visually compelling assets across channels including web, social media, presentations, print materials, and event collateral such as booth and kiosk designs. Working cross-functionally, you will collaborate with content and marketing teams to align campaign visuals with strategic goals and brand identity. Additional duties include managing multiple projects simultaneously, staying current on design trends and emerging tools like AI, and preparing precise print-ready files for external vendors.

Role Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience designing digital and print marketing assets
• Strong grasp of graphic design principles and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack, Asana, or Monday.com
• A well-rounded portfolio showcasing your execution and creative versatility
