Mural is seeking a senior-level Lead Product Designer, Growth (Upper Funnel) to join their Design and Research team. This remote role is open to candidates located in Canada and the USA who hold a Bachelor's degree and have 5+ years of experience in the design field. The salary is market competitive.

In this hands-on player-coach role, you will own the end-to-end growth journey across discovery, activation, and pricing surfaces. You will balance individual contributor work—such as designing onboarding paths, upgrade flows, and in-product nudges—with coaching responsibilities that include directly managing one to three designers. You will use behavioral data to inform design decisions, run experiments with product and data science, and establish reusable growth patterns within Mural's design system.

• Define user-centered discovery, activation, and monetization experiences
• Design and lead experiments across acquisition, activation, and expansion funnels
• Manage, mentor, and set goals for 1-3 growth designers
• Partner with engineering, product, research, and data science teams
