Manager, HR Shared Services Job in the USA

Instructure is seeking a senior-level HR Admin professional for the Manager, HR Shared Services role in the USA. In this position, you will act as the front door for employee questions, managing a team of HR specialists while owning complex cases, escalations, and compliance-sensitive issues from intake to resolution.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of HR specialists while overseeing day-to-day workloads and performance.
• Own specific processes including immigration, global compliance, background checks, and reporting.
• Manage AskHR reporting, dashboards, knowledge base quality, and process improvements using automation and cross-functional partnerships with Payroll and IT.
• Bring 3 to 5 years of HR experience in shared services, operations, or people support, including 1 to 2 years of team leadership.
• Demonstrate experience with Workday or a similar HRIS, plus familiarity with case management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree and show sound judgment handling sensitive, ambiguous, or multi-region HR support cases.
