The salary for this position is $78,000 to $83,500. Candidates applying for this HR admin opportunity must possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 5+ years of experience working in an HR role, with background spanning disciplines such as employee relations, recruitment, performance management, employment law, compensation practices, or organizational design.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with managers and leaders to anticipate people needs, advise on organizational structures, and guide performance management.
• Manage the team member experience from hire to retire, including career coaching, bi-annual feedback processes, and people compliance.
• Resolve employee relations issues, upskill managers, and help implement diversity and inclusion practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, People Development, and HRIS teams.
