Core Responsibilities

The person hired for this position will manage day-to-day administrative and scheduling workflows. Primary duties include the following:

• Reviewing and extracting purchase requisitions for raw and packaging materials to ensure timely ordering.
• Placing purchase orders directly with vendors and suppliers on schedule.
• Coordinating routine administrative and scheduling activities as required by the client.
