Luna Physical Therapy is seeking a remote Patient Onboarding Associate- Call Center to serve as the first point of contact for patients. In this entry-level customer service role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, answer incoming calls, schedule and reschedule appointments, and manage patient registration. Responsibilities also include collecting and documenting patient demographics, medical history, insurance details, and appointment information while navigating multiple systems simultaneously.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Intermediate education)
• 1 year of required office administration experience
• 1 year of preferred call or contact center experience
• Proficiency with Google Suite and strong multi-tasking abilities
• Must be able to work in the US without restriction and maintain a distraction-free home workspace with reliable high-speed internet and a backup internet option
• Must reside outside of a 50-mile radius from the Nashville office

Location and State Eligibility

Although this is a remote position, hiring is restricted to specific U.S. locations due to budgetary, payroll, employment, and tax regulations. Current hiring states include AR, KY, MS, SC, Norfolk VA, Virginia Beach VA, WV, AL, FL, GA, ID, MI, MO, IN, NJ, OH, TX (except Houston), TN, and WI.
