Patient Onboarding Associate- Call Center (part time hours)

If you are looking for an entry-level Customer Service opportunity, Luna Physical Therapy is hiring a remote Patient Onboarding Associate- Call Center (part-time hours) to support patients across select regions in the USA. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, handling inbound and outbound communications, scheduling appointments, and managing patient registration, medical history, and insurance details within a metrics-driven environment.

Role Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of required office administration experience
• 1 year of preferred call or contact center experience
• Proficiency with Google Suite and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Reliable high-speed internet, a backup internet option, and a distraction-free home workspace
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the Nashville office

State Eligibility and Shift Details

Due to employment, tax, and payroll regulations, this remote position is currently only open to candidates residing in specific U.S. states: AR, KY, MS, SC, Norfolk VA, Virginia Beach VA, WV, AL, FL, GA, ID, MI, MO, IN, NJ, OH, TX (except Houston), TN, and WI. Consistent, fixed part-time schedules are available with options including Monday through Friday shifts (10:00 AM–2:00 PM PST, 12:00 PM–4:00 PM CT, or 1:00 PM–5:00 PM ET) and Thursday through Monday shifts (9:00 AM–1:00 PM PST, 11:00 AM–3:00 PM CT, or 12:00 PM–4:00 PM ET).
