People Operations Lead

Masabi is looking for a senior-level People Operations Lead for an HR Admin role based in Romania. In this fully remote position within Romania, you will earn a salary of €1000 while managing end-to-end People Operations for a globally distributed workforce.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day People Operations including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, benefits, employee queries, and HR systems.
• Partner with the wider People team on performance reviews, engagement surveys, compensation cycles, and probation tracking.
• Manage EOR and PEO relationships to ensure compliance with local employment laws and benefits.
• Maintain accurate people data in BambooHR, handle payroll inputs, and coordinate with Finance, IT, and external vendors.
• Build scalable workflows, improve self-service experiences, and manage documentation and knowledge management.

Requirements
