CrossFit is currently accepting applications for future openings within the Seminar Staff Candidate Program. Minimum Qualifications

Because this position demands a high level of expertise, applicants must satisfy several strict prerequisites before entering the assessment process:

• Hold a Bachelors degree and have 5+ years of professional experience.
• Maintain a current CF-L3 credential.
• Work actively as a trainer at an official CrossFit affiliate.
• Demonstrate complete fluency in English.

Program Structure and Compensation

Seminar Staff trainers are brought on exclusively through this dedicated Candidate Program, which relies on a formal assessment process to evaluate applicants. For those who successfully clear the evaluation, the position provides a market competitive compensation package.
