Senior Financial Analyst, Strategic Finance - FP&A in the USA
Hims & Hers, a public health and wellness platform traded on the NYSE as HIMS, is hiring a senior-level Senior Financial Analyst, Strategic Finance - FP&A to join the team in the USA. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this role focuses on consolidated planning, financial modeling, and executive-facing reporting within the strategic finance organization.
Core Responsibilities
- Own and maintain core financial models across annual operating plans, long-range plans, and quarterly forecasts.
- Manage end-to-end forecasting cycles, identifying risks, upsides, and recommendations for leadership.
- Produce executive deliverables including Weekly Business Reviews, monthly OpEx reviews, and Board and Audit Committee materials.
- Partner with category, marketing, and operations finance teams to synthesize inputs into a unified corporate view.
- Define KPIs, build scorecards, and automate reporting while improving planning infrastructure using automation and AI tools.
Requirements and Qualifications
- B.S. degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting.
- Advanced financial modeling skills, including P&L and scenario building from scratch, plus large dataset manipulation capabilities (SQL or Looker experience is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for translating complex data into narratives for senior leadership.
