Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design
• 5+ years of commercial experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Illustrator
• Strong design craft for building polished, production-ready work from scratch, including a solid grasp of design systems and component architecture
• Advanced English communication skills to discuss creative briefs, defend design decisions, and present yourself effectively on client calls
• High ownership and reliability to manage your own time, hit deadlines consistently, and ramp up quickly within project contexts
