Senior Manager, Fund Administration (Accounting)

Juniper Square is seeking a Senior Manager, Fund Administration (Accounting) in Canada and the USA to lead and scale our growing fund administration services. In this senior-level accounting role requiring a Master's degree and 10+ years of experience, you will oversee fund accounting and reporting for private equity and real estate customers while managing a dedicated team.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead strategic decisions regarding team buildout, operational policies, and workflow improvements.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of fund accountants at various levels.
• Serve as a technical accounting expert and interface directly with clients to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Review accounting, analytical, and financial reporting duties, including investor allocations, waterfall calculations, capital calls, and distributions.
• Oversee annual audits, assist with PBC lists and tax returns, and research technical accounting guidance.
• Identify product development opportunities by routing technical and product feedback to development teams.
