Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Observability Architect to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is specifically focused on candidates based in the West Coast time zone (PST). As the company behind the open observability cloud, we support over 35 million users and 7,000+ customers, including organizations like Microsoft, NVIDIA, and Salesforce. We are a fully remote organization with 1,600+ team members across 40+ countries.
In this architecture-focused position, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of customers. You will not only design observability maturity journeys but also guide complex implementation strategies across modern infrastructure and application environments. This is a senior-level role requiring a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree.
To succeed as a Senior Observability Architect, you should possess strong systems-thinking skills and the ability to build strategic relationships with SREs, engineers, and architects. You will work alongside Engagement Managers and Onboarding Solutions Architects to own the customer lifecycle.
