Senior Payroll Analyst in USA – Accounting Role at DoorDash

DoorDash is seeking a senior-level Accounting professional to join its Global Payroll Team as a Senior Payroll Analyst in the USA. This senior role requires 4 to 6 years of progressive, hands-on experience processing complex, multi-state US payroll, alongside a Master's degree. The position comes with a starting salary of $95,200.

Working within the North America Payroll Team, you will manage end-to-end US payroll execution, handle audits, reconciliations, and variance analysis, and lead medium-to-high complexity initiatives. The position also involves equity-to-payroll workflows, compliance and SOX controls, and cross-functional collaboration with HRIS, Tax, Accounting, and Legal. Candidates should bring advanced Excel skills and familiarity with enterprise systems such as ADP and Workday HCM. Canadian payroll experience is considered an additional asset for this role.
