Senior Product Designer

TeamSnap, a recognized remote-first sports and communication platform, is hiring a Senior Product Designer in the USA to craft digital experiences that connect parents, coaches, and players in youth sports. Recognized on lists like Outside Magazine’s Best Places to Work, TeamSnap is looking for a senior-level design professional to shape consistent, intuitive, and innovative consumer experiences across web and app platforms.

Core Responsibilities

• Design high-impact, intuitive user experiences by balancing customer feedback, quantitative data, and market trends.
• Lead ideation through user research, wireframes, sketches, and prototypes to define product requirements.
• Partner directly with product managers and engineers to refine requirements, validate designs, and guide features from discovery to execution.
• Maintain, improve, and shape the TeamSnap design system while ensuring brand consistency with marketing designers.

Background and Qualifications

• 4+ years of product design or similar experience building digital products with increasing responsibility.
• A degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or an equivalent field.
• Experience in both web and app development, with an online portfolio demonstrating strong UX solutions and success metrics.
• Expertise in Figma and prototyping tools, plus experience collaborating closely with cross-functional product, engineering, and marketing teams.

This is a fully remote position open to permanent US residents, though TeamSnap currently cannot hire in Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, and West Virginia. The minimum starting compensation for this role is $145,000, inclusive of base and bonus, adjusted based on experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
