Vercel, the agentic infrastructure company behind Next.js, v0, and the AI SDK, is looking for a Senior Level Design professional for a Senior Product Designer, Growth role based in the USA. This full-time position offers a salary range of $172,000 to $258,000. Depending on your location relative to company offices in San Francisco, New York, London, or Berlin, the position may involve in-office anchor days or operate fully remote.

In this senior product design position, you will help define Growth Design by shaping the complete self-serve journey—covering signup, onboarding, first project deployment, adoption, conversion, expansion, and retention for both people and agents. You will report to Product Design and collaborate directly with Growth Product, Engineering, and Data teams to move from observed problems to working prototypes and measured results.

Role Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong product design fundamentals, measurable outcomes, and experience owning ambiguous, complex work from problem framing through launch.
• Ability to form useful hypotheses, work with product data, and build interactive prototypes independently using modern tools such as Figma, v0, Cursor, and Claude Code.
• Experience designing clear, trustworthy experiences while prioritizing interaction details, accessibility, language, and edge cases.
