Women’s Health Specialist - Certified Nurse Midwife in the USA
SWORD Health is seeking a mid-level Women’s Health Specialist with a Certified Nurse Midwife credential to join the Bloom team on a remote, variable-hour basis. In this nursing role, you will serve women in the Pregnancy and Postpartum pathways within our AI-powered women's health platform, providing expert guidance while AI handles detection and routing.
Role Requirements and Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted CNM licensure with national certification through AMCB
- IBCLC certification
- 3+ years of clinical experience in postpartum care, lactation, and midwifery
- Experience in telehealth or digital health
- Intermediate education level
- Ability to demonstrate at least Level 1 AI proficiency (using AI daily to boost personal productivity)
- Commitment to data security, privacy, and personalized whole-body care
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guidance across pregnancy wellness, birth preparation, early postpartum recovery, and lactation support
- Identify when member needs fall outside the wellness scope and require clinical evaluation
- Contribute to program protocols, AI development, quality reviews, and scaling operations
- Coordinate with Bloom's multidisciplinary team
Compensation for this role includes base, variable, and equity elements, listed at $500.
