Superside is hiring a Senior Level Conceptual Art Director for a management role based anywhere, operating as a fully remote team across global time zones. In this position, you will create bold digital campaigns for global brands by combining traditional art direction with a passion for Generative AI.
Responsibilities for the Conceptual Art Director Anywhere
- Partner with copywriters and strategists on creative campaigns across social media, web, video, and above-the-line channels.
- Lead art direction and provide visual direction from initial ideation through final execution.
- Design digital assets, mood boards, layouts, and visual frameworks while integrating AI-assisted assets into workflows.
- Build and present creative decks to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across a globally distributed team spanning over 60 nationalities.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in concept-driven roles at creative agencies or fast-paced in-house teams.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating concept-first thinking and art direction across digital platforms.
- Proficiency with AI tools in intentional creative workflows, alongside a strong eye for design, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
