CRM Manager (ManyChat)

Ruby Labs is hiring a remote senior-level CRM Manager (ManyChat) for a Management role based in Europe. Operating on CET hours, candidates should be located within roughly four hours of CET to ensure smooth daily collaboration.

Management Role: CRM Manager (ManyChat)

You will take full ownership of our messaging flows across Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs. Your work covers the entire user lifecycle—from activation and onboarding to retention and win-back campaigns—while coordinating behavioral player segments with the broader marketing team. Responsibilities also include constant testing of copy and CTAs, delivering weekly metric reports, and ensuring strict compliance with platform rules.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation, with strong ManyChat and Facebook Messenger expertise.
• Ability to connect ManyChat to CRMs, payment systems, and data tools using Zapier or webhooks.
• Strong written English skills for short, high-converting copy and daily use of AI tools for flow ideas and data patterns.
• Bonus background in gaming, sweepstakes, subscriptions, or high-volume apps.
