Bloomreach is seeking a senior-level Director of Product Management – Data Platform for a management role based in Slovakia, with options for regional remote work or in-office flexibility in Bratislava, Prague, or Brno. In this position, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the company's core data foundation, playing a central role in driving One Platform adoption across Marketing and Search customers. You will manage the data layer that powers every channel, app, and AI agent, overseeing how customer data flows, is stored and processed, and is made available via APIs and Loomi Connect. The salary for this role is $1,500.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Provide product vision and leadership by defining the strategy for the Data Platform, including Profile, Events, Catalog, and Data Integrations.
• Lead a team of product managers, balancing 60% team leadership with 40% hands-on project execution.
• Partner with engineering on technical strategy, covering real-time streaming, zero-copy architectures, and data export capabilities.
• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, and define adoption metrics such as time-to-first-data and integration completion rates.
• Deliver a data foundation and semantic layer for AI agents and services across the Loomi AI platform.
