Responsibilities and Core Focus

The primary function of this position is to act as the direct point of contact for bulk water accounts. You will be responsible for the end-to-end oversight of water meter infrastructure. This includes coordinating the installation of new equipment, scheduling and supervising ongoing maintenance, and monitoring the overall performance of the metering systems. By tracking performance data and addressing maintenance needs proactively, you will ensure that the organization continues to meet its service obligations to these key clients.
