Core Responsibilities

• Lead and support a full-stack engineering team working on Enterprise product development in a remote-first environment.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, guide implementation, and stay close to the code using React, TypeScript, Postgres, and Hasura.
• Execute both fast-turn product requests and multi-quarter strategic initiatives.
• Bring an AI-native mindset to help the team adopt safe, effective AI practices in engineering workflows.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree and bring 5 or more years of professional experience. The ideal candidate is an experienced engineering leader and strong coach with modern full-stack development skills, a talent for handling concurrent priorities, and enthusiasm for AI-assisted development tools.
